Quote:eBay Stores Administrative Update: Change to Stores Traffic Reports

Dear eBay Stores subscriber:

Did you know that you have access to eBay Stores Traffic Reports, a service that provides key traffic data such as page views and keywords? Stores Traffic Reports can help you discover ways to improve sales in your eBay Store.

Because not every seller uses these reports, we are making a small change to how Stores Traffic Reports work. eBay will stop collecting traffic data for Store sellers who go more than 90 days without checking their Stores Traffic Reports. Stores sellers who regularly check their Stores Traffic Reports at least every 90 days will see no impact with this change.

Stores sellers who do not use their Stores Traffic Reports will be able to re-activate data collection by simply signing in to their Stores Traffic Reports; eBay will begin collecting data for at least the next 90 days. To keep data collection going, you must check Stores Traffic Reports at least once every 90 days.

All new Stores sellers will receive a 90-day grace period after opening their Store in which traffic data will be collected. In addition, all Stores sellers will have a 90-day grace period from the date of this announcement.

This change will preserve eBay's data collection resources for the Stores sellers who use them, while ensuring that the service remains available to all Stores sellers.

To view your Stores Traffic Reports, go to your Manage My Store page in My eBay and click on "Traffic Reports" in the left column.
