It looks like they did a view source and copied.
We've had that problem with our GoSearchFor site. Every once in a while we'll discover someone in China or Poland has copied entire pages (including the megatags).
Slimeballs usually do it so they can trick searchers into going to their sites which are usually full of either advertising or malware.
You have 2 options:
1. file a spam complaint with google through their webmaster site and try to get it removed from search
Scratch the above.
Contact your hosting company immediately. DomainTools is showing that the prepaid-india site is hosted on your IP

Ditto what she said. The prepaid-india site was accidentally parked on top of your designsforauctions site (i.e. someone added a "ServerAlias prepaid-india-phone-calls.com" entry to the
container in Apache's httpd.conf) so the site you're seeing when you go to prepaid-india is actually your designsforauctions site (which is why the test test you added to the home page showed up immediately on the prepaid-india site).
