Dont worry trademarks only apply to the industry sector that they are registered under and since DT applied for their trademark in the tele-communications sector you just cant use the color magenta around anything to do with phones, digital media

It probably wasn't easy (but I'm sure DT's billions helped). We had to fight to get a trademark with 2 generic words (tulips, bears...3 generics if you count and) approved.
The trademark is only for the EU so Sneaky is safe unless she travels.
