Quote:Abuse does nothing. All they do is shut down a site if they "think" it is causing an issue on the server. There is never any proof. There are programs that are loaded on the servers that check for holes in security on everyone's site. If one is found., down it goes. If you call to complain about another site, or email them, they will just tell you that they will look into it. If it isn't in their best interest, nothing is done. Period.

What a joke. This is why Parsons is always gloating on how much he is expanding. It's because they get unqualified people manning the phones. He needs to fill seats. 80% leave within the 1st month because they can't handle even the most easiest of questions.

Quote:That place is hands down the most dishonest and scummy company I have EVER worked for. When you call "Customer service/Technical Support" do not expect to be helped... expect to be sold. First and Foremost of the job you have to sell... and sell sh.it people don't even need.. and This is all a huge joke to them. For example the product "Traffic Blazer". Supposedly it is suppose to help you rank higher on a google search.. This could not be farther from the truth and they all know it. It does not work. But they will sell it to you in a heart beat.

I was written up on several occasions for not selling enough. People that average over $1000 a day are treated like kings, and these are some pretty shady people with no morals. They don't mind selling a dedicated server to 80yr old grandma who really just wants to put up some pics of her cat. It's disgusting.

and PLEASE no one EVER buy a server from that place. NO ONE in technical support knows how to support it or help you! They will always tell you "the problem is on your end". F.uck Godaddy
