Free Advertising For Your Business, Product, Service, or Web Site
  • Advertise your product, service, or business for free in the "announcement" forums on TulipTools after you have posted 100 times.  Every 100 posts you make is good for 1-month of free advertising (200 posts is 2 months of free advertising, 300 posts is 3 months free, etc.)
  • When you have 100 posts you may get your free 1-month of advertising by contacting Mandy, Regic, or TulipTools.
  • 100 posts allows you to post one advertisement in the announcement forum of your choice.  You choose the announcement forum you would like your ad to appear in. note: One advertisement means one topic/one post. If you start multiple topics/posts in the announcement forums your topics/posts will either be merged together or all of your topics/posts will be moved to the Spammer's Penalty Box forum to be flamed for all eternity.

Paid Advertising For Your Business, Product, Service, or Web Site
  • You can also advertise your product, service, or web site in any of the announcement forums for $5 for a 1-month advertisement instead of using your credits.  Send a PM to one of the administrators (either Mandy, Regic, or TulipTools) for payment instructions if you wish to purchase advertising (include the URL you will be linking to and the name of your product/service in the PM.  Also see the restrictions section below).  We strongly advise you to read the notes section and the restrictions section below before purchasing advertising.  The $5 fee for 1-month entitles you to post one advertisement topic/one post in one of the announcement forums.  note: One advertisement means one topic/one post. If you start multiple topics/posts in the announcement forums your topics/posts will either be merged together or all of your topics/posts will be moved to the Spammer's Penalty Box forum to be flamed for all eternity.

Notes-Read Carefully:
  • Remember to send a PM to either Mandy, Regic, or TulipTools after you buy your advertising to let them know which one of the announcement forums you would like your ad to be placed in. Also include the URL and name of the web site (or product, service) you will be advertising.  See the restrictions section below for the types of web sites or products that you are prohibited from advertising on TulipTools
  • Read this one very carefully.  The editorial content and advertising content on TulipTools are completely independent.  What this means to you the advertiser is that your company or product will not be treated any differently than any other company just because you are advertising: if you're selling/providing crap to the public, people will be free to criticize/flame your product/service the same as they would a non-advertiser's products or services.
  • When posting your advertisement the default is to allow other members to post comments in the ad topic thread.  If you wish to make your advertisement an announcement only (i.e. no comments allowed by others) you can click the lock button when posting your advertisement.  Note:  in the event you elect to allow comments we will not delete any negative comments that are left.  You do however have the option of removing your entire advertisement from the forum at any time (please note that once you remove your ad you can not place another advertisement without buying a new advertisement).
  • The advertising term is for one-month.  All advertisements will be removed after one month unless you elect to renew your ad.
