There is one person at my work who is so cheery and happy and smiling and cutsie wootsie all the time that it's so friggin' annoying.  I just want to slap her silly sometimes.  Hmmmm, I guess I wouldn't measure up to that places's cheerful contract obligation.

Can you imagine someone working there and getting fired and they are being interviewed for a job somewhere else?

"why did you leave your last job?"
"I was fired because I wasn't cheerful on Monday".
