haggle feature?

hey i was just wondering if any of the shopping carts had a haggle feature or add-on that will let customers haggle on the set retail price.

A haggle mod is a standard feature in Heavy Metal 11.0 from Make-A-Store.  It's the only cart I know of that has a haggle feature

The hosted version of Heavy Metal is $69.95 per month and up depending on addons.  You can also purchase the software from them and run it on your own server but the license cost is very expensive.

There is also HaggleAgents but I believe it is primarily for m-commerce.
