What is it?
From November 24 through November 25, sellers who list Auction-style item(s) and have a 30 day Detailed Seller Rating of 4.5 or higher on all criteria, will receive 50% off Insertion Fees per item listed. New sellers who don't yet have DSR ratings are also eligible. DSR rating criteria for this promotion will be based on the previous 30 days. When is it?
Starting Monday, November 24, 2008 between 00:00:01 Pacific Time (12:00 AM plus one second on Monday, November 24, 2008) and ending on Tuesday November 25, 2008 at 23:59:59 Pacific Time (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds).

* For listings on www.ebay.ca, the promotion will begin at 12:00 am plus one second on Monday November 24 2008 Eastern Time and end on November 25, 2008 at 11:59PM plus 59 seconds Eastern Time.

What are the fees?
Insertion fees for Auction-style listings will be 50% off on the U.S. site www.ebay.com, eBay Canada www.ebay.ca as reflected in the fee table below. Listings created prior to November 24, 2008 which are scheduled to start during the promotional period November 24-25, 2008 will be eligible to receive the promotional rate.
