Wow, just going back there to read a thread reminds me of how worthless that site is. The RSD thread there has 13 pages. 13 pages for a site that does nothing but piss away seller's time and uses them for its own gain. WTG PSU!

I'm sure they'll run off A1 soon or he'll get a yellowed or banned.

My thread is still there though....rock on! DTD says I am mean though...LOL Maybe mean but 100% correct!

No idea why anyone would pity Alison, she deserves what she gets...no sales and no man...ouch  Angryfire

IC top backstabbing PSU manipulator is getting errors when he tries to send PMs to sellers to nag them into joining AM or OSU

Now the charge is that sad little Atomic Mall is getting setup.... :turkey1: Those AM haters are staging a rally...LOL

So, Patch has just verified that Mikey changes the item numbers around on reported listing....WTG Patch!

Why any seller would put their personal info on that site is beyond me. I deleted my info months ago, but just don't trust Mike whatsoever.

Quote:however, it seems that TT members or someone associated with them is deliberately attempting to destroy AM by listing fake and illegal items and reporting these items to Oodle and Google (btw the way, Oodle has removed AM's listings because of these practices).

This has gone way beyond "your site sucks and mine is great". Now you are sabatoging a site and the SELLERS of this site jsut because you do not like the owner a a few members.....is this how we up the ante to make sure that the sites we like succeed? Are people going to go running around to all of the sites they dont like and list Botox and kiddie porn and then report the site to Google?

I dont agree with Mike blocking people who come in through TT but my guess is that he is trying tgo protect his site and his sellers as opposed to "blocking buyers" as you stated earlier....this isnt about him not agreeing with TT so he blocks everyone who visits the site...this is about there being a chance that Tulip Tools or those associated with them trying to destroy AM and AM's sellers....they have gone too far if this is the case....

Re: Atomic Mall's Owner Preaches the Seller to Seller Sales Doctrine
LOL......So he blames TT for Mikey changing around item numbers instead of removing a reported item...WTG!

But wait! If those coming from TT are blocked, then they can't be the ones creating the illegal listings!

How typical, when faced with the truth they always seem to blame others. "Mom, it's not my fault I missed and pee'd on the floor, it's your fault for not buying a bigger toilet!"

Love4 Oodle  Love4

Any site that gets banned from Oodle has serious issues.

BTW, sure Mikey has my IP, so don't even go and say I created any listings, cause I don't think so.

Maybe AM is just on an easy target list or something. You know, the cons know they can get away listing there, so they tell their friends.

BTW, nice try Patch, but I highly doubt anyone is going to make a video of themselves injecting themselves with botox just to set Mikey up. I went to the cached screen and they have video as well as a long detailed description.

Whomever they are, they know a lot about botox and typed up one long description just to be a setup.

You know, maybe get their contact into from Mike and buy the botox from them. If they send you actual botox, you'll know it was real. If not, then they must be a fake  Tongue1

Nice try (OK, a pathetic attempt) by Atomic Mall cheerleader Lap Dog to deflect the blame for his master Mike Shannon's failure to police the listings on his own site.  Maybe next the little lap dog will be blaming TT members for all of the thousands of fake listings on iOffer, Plunderhere, eBay, etc since we've also pointed out illegal listings on those sites and the failure of those sites to adequately police their listings.  In 2005/6 we were also very vocal critics of glitches and other problems on eBay...does the idiot Lap Dog think TT members drove to San Jose and created the glitches in an effort to discredit eBay?

TT isn't PSU...the average TT reader/member places their faith (and their business's destiny) in themselves rather than in some OAI board spamming failed marginal ex-seller who has bought a $160 PHP Pro Bid script, slapped a crappy logo on it, and proclaimed him/herself a "site owner" and "viable eBay alternative"

If you took a survey of TT members and asked which site they like and would like to succeed I'm sure the vast majority would answer their own website.  I'm sure that they also don't view any of these rinky dink general merchandise sites like AM or PH as their competitors. I'm sure they would also agree that the existence of AM or any of the other rinky dink deadend sh.itholes that OAI sellers get conned into listing on has absolutely no effect on whether their chosen site (their own website) succeeds or fails.
"Well, Jay was so giddy that someone named Jay was involved with this site we posted our first non-eBay listing in 3 years here at Lunarbid (we tried two items at Yahoo once upon a time, they bombed)" -Marie posting in a LunarBid thread at OTWA in 2005 wins the award for 'most moronic reason ever given for choosing a venue"

"thanks twat u must have nothing better 2 do. do u talk to all your members like that. will not be recomending your site.
best way to put it is TULIPTOOLS.COM IS REALLY SHIT. DONT JOIN." -pubescent owner of rinky dink off2auction.com in 2011

Re: Atomic Mall's Owner Preaches the Seller to Seller Sales Doctrine
The truth is this...
I spent 2 years listening to the PSU cheerleaders. I wasted 2 years following them site to site in the hopes of finding "THE" alternative to eBay.

I spent the next 2 years listening to TT members, including BBH, Truth, River Rat, Amy, etc... and have enjoyed a growing business without ever clicking onto eBay.

Any site admin, moderator, or cheerleader who tries to convince anyone who has done something different than the PSU faithful do, will become the butt of the talking. No one really cares that much about their site. I certainly could care less if I see that ugly ass metallic purple beast again. I care about the fact that real sellers ruin their businesses by following the cheerleaders to the next eBay alternative failure. Plunder, Tazbar, and Wagglepop were once those sites. Now, Atomic Mall and Wensy seem to be the cheerleader sites of choice on PSU. Every question about "which site has sales" goes to one or two sellers claiming massive sales which are barely powerseller levels, if that much, and they happen to be the only ones who actually sell anything. Hundreds of sellers flock to those sites, dilute the site, cause slow load times on the shared server, and eventually leave the site because they can't sell anything.
The difference is this...
If a seller can sell on one of these rinky dink sites, they can sell anywhere. So, if the site flops, guess what? They can sell their stuff just as easily anywhere else. They have no interest in the success of the site, only the ability to con new sellers customers into the fold.
If a seller cannot sell on one of these rinky dink sites, they can sell probably anywhere else if they try. They'll just bounce around though, rinky to dink, until they get fed up and call it quits. Reading TT helps them see the real way to build a business.

With all that said... who's the sabatour?  Happy001 Happy001 Happy001 Happy001
