Blackout 12:30AM-3AM EST Monday 12/22

If you can't reach TT Monday morning...this is why:

Dear Valued Limestone Networks Client,

An emergency maintenance to key infrastructure components is required to be performed. This emergency maintenance will cause a three hour time window your servers will lose both network connectivity as well as power. In order to reduce the amount of inconvenience this will cause we have scheduled this for 12:30AM-3AM CST on December 22nd 2008. Rest assured that all necessary steps will be taken to gracefully power down each server so that files are not damaged.

The server(s) on your account which will be affected by this are:

lime.tulipdomains.com
athlon.tulipstores.com
limestone.brixtontechnology.co.uk

Please ensure that your servers do not power off for this transition overnight, as we do not want you to experience downtime in the time that it takes for the server to be booted from Rockware and regain power.

PS don't bother emailing us during the outage because our nameservers ns1/ns2.tulipdomains.com will also be down and your emails will bounce.

Domains and websites using our ns1/ns2.tulipdomains.org, ns1/ns2.tulipsisp.com, and ns1/ns2.tuliphosting.com nameservers won't be affected by the outage.

I didn't receive the "your servers fell off the back of the truck while they were en route to the new data center" phone call I was expecting so I have no complaints.  ;D
