How to Get the Most Out of your Website in a Down Economy
As e-commerce continues its astounding growth rate, it is essential that you are doing everything you can to drive traffic to your website with both new and return visitors.  Fortunately, we are on the edge of a plethora of technological advances which enables businesses of all kinds to acquire top-notch websites on the cheap.  There are now software solutions which would once cost hundreds of thousands of dollars available for absolutely free. All you need is a reputable web design/development company that can seamlessly set up and tie together these technologies.  Here are some of the best free e-commerce solutions available that require no technical knowledge to use once installed and configured:

Wordpress

Wordpress enables users to update all major content of a website right out of the box.  You can select from a variety of pre-made graphical templates or have a web design company create a custom template targeted to your look and feel.  The many plug-ins available will allow your web team to easily add advanced features such as photo galleries, contact forms, search engine optimization, and more.

Magento

Magento is an amazingly advanced e-commerce suite which enables you to have a shopping cart up and running in a very short time.  Magento also includes advanced reporting and analysis features which will increase your awareness of sales trends and other customer activity to enable you to tune your business for maximum efficiency.

aMember

Allowing your customers to sign up for memberships through your website could never be easier with aMember.  The built-in affiliate program will enable you to hire promoters of your services for free, giving them a variable percentage of each membership sign-up that you control.  Like Magento, aMember easily ties in to all major payment gateways.

This list of free e-commerce solutions only scratches the surface of what is available.  Any reputable web design/development company should be able to help solve your e-commerce needs to boost sales in this challenging economy.  If you are in need of a web design/development company, please consider spam removed, based here in the United States.  Thank you for your time and good luck as we work hard to rebuild our precious economy.

If your web design firm can't afford to advertise and must resort to forum spamming in a pathetic attempt to drum up business then people would be wasting their time doing business with your firm.
