CSS Transition Vibration

Hi!

I’ve noticed that CSS transitions that cause motion to an element on hover get stuck “vibrating” if you hover right on the edge of the element and the movement causes the element to move off your cursor and then right back on. Are there fixes for this? And if so, are there CSS-only fixes? Here’s an example of what I’m talking about: Expanding Photo Stack. If you approach the images from the bottom, you’ll see what I’m talking about.
