Technical names of curves?

I been trying to draw up some patterns for packaging practice and don't know how to verbally explain the terms.

http://elfitakorea.blogspot.ae/2013/...-template.html. the link has some curve references, are these standard graphic design references?
If I was rounding off a corner of the packaging I would say it was a 1/16th inch radius corner (1/16th inch circle)?
A 45 degree angle with a 1/16th radius would be the technical way to describe that corner?
On curved lines whats the way to describe or measure the line.
