Currently it states: (once you click on the "Additional Information" link)

Links from your About Me Page
You may link to your own Web store or Web site. However, you may not directly offer any non-eBay merchandise on the About Me page itself.

I bet soon a "policy change" will go into effect stating that:
You may link to your own ebay Web store BUT YOU MAY NOT link to your own Web site
or tell potential buyers about your website on the ebay About Me page.
