Strong earthquake rattles Greece
Quote:A magnitude 6.7 earthquake struck southern Greece early Sunday afternoon, rattling much of the country, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. http://www.cnn.com/2006/WORLD/europe/01/...index.html They are saying it was felt as far as Sicily, Amman, Jordan, Israel and Cairo, Egypt! The latest I've heard was that it was 6.9. |

Re: Strong earthquake rattles Greece
Its good the epicenter was beneath the seabed so there were no major injuries or deaths.
