Move your eBay Store to the Netherlands--Its cheaper
All eBay Stores are not created alike: UK Stores-very expensive insertion fees almost 9 US cents, US Stores-expensive, China Stores-free, and the Netherlands...

Normal rates for eBay.nl stores are Euro 1.95 (about $3) for the monthly subscription and 1 Euro cent for insertion fees (about 1 US cent) but--eBay.nl is holding a promotion: no store subscription fees in January and February and free listings for 30-day items.

Bad translation of eBay Netherlands announcement extending free stores promotion:

Quote:****** Promotion extended: Free offering in eBay shops ******

10 January 2006 | 11.17

Best eBay-lid,

Because of large success in 2005, we the shop has extended promotion up to and including 28 February 2006. this means that up to and including 28 February none plaatsingskosten is calculated for objects which are offered for 30 days in the shop format.

Also we count no subscription costs for eBay basis shop.

Read here more concerning promotion and conditions.

Kind regards,

The team of eBay

The US fee increase for stores should be any day now--maybe now is a good time to move your eBay store to the Netherlands or China Smile
