Despite being convicted of a felony for scamming eBay buyers, and violating bail by continuing to sell on eBay during his trial, eBay has allowed this individual to remain an active eBay user.  :blinkie:

A man convicted last week of fraudulent online sales now stands accused of making sales even while on trial, according to police...

The online transactions were a violation of Long’s bail agreement...

Long was convicted Feb. 24 of corrupt business influence, a Class C felony, and two counts of theft, Class D felonies...

According to court documents, Long – who is the owner of Durability Plus Engines in Angola – had sold car parts to at least four people through the online auction site eBay, but either never shipped the items after he collected the money or sent what court documents described as “worthless items.”...
