Effective March 1, 2006, Stephen Gingrich resigned his position as Chief Financial Officer of Bidville, Inc. (the "Registrant") to pursue other interests. Mr. Gingrich did not list any disagreement with the Registrant's operations, policies or practices in his resignation.

Gerald C. Parker remains as the Registrant's sole director.

That's real encouraging: a board of directors with 1 person.    Did anyone else notice that they're late with their quarterly report...again?

The Bidville forums since October have been full of    drinking cheering Bidville's alleged turnaround (a turnaround they think exists solely due to posts Bidville made on its boards saying it exists).  There's quite a contrast between the "great things will happen" atmosphere on the Bidville boards and the picture Bidville's financials, and fleeing management/directors paint of the company.

Bidville is one of 2 auction sites I think will close before the year is over. The other one is AuctionCities/BidWay/AuctionDiner/BidBay which like Bidville seems to have been run solely to enrich a few members of its board of directors at the expense of the company.  I think Bidville will be the first to go because it's out of cash while AC still has a half million to burn through.
