Currently, sellers cannot revise or resend an invoice once their buyer has completed checkout and selected a payment method other than PayPal. To make the invoicing process more convenient, in the next few days a change will be made so sellers can revise or resend in these situations.

This should be especially helpful when your buyer completes checkout for one item, and then decides they want to make more purchases from you. You'll soon be able to revise your original invoice to include the new purchases. Your buyer will then be able to go through Checkout again to pay for everything at once.
