Verizon Bouncing Many GMail Accounts

Verizon is reportedly blocking incoming emails from many of GMail's servers.

This morning, I got an email that I wanted to share with a friend. I
forwarded on the email only to have it bounce. He has a Verizon
account. Verizon's message was that they now bounce Gmail accounts as
spam. To test this, I sent myself a message from my gmail account to my
Verizon account. It also bounced with the same error message. Be
forewarned....

  (reason: 550 Email from your Email Service Provider is currently
blocked by Verizon Online's anti-spam system... Email Service Provider
may visit http://www.verizon.net/whitelist and request removal of the
block.)

They should shovel the shit out of their own backyard before worrying about anyone else's.

I don't think I've ever had a real spam email from a gmail address yet.  But more than a few that originated from Verizon

Verizon needs to do something.  Last year they blocked half of Europe.  :
