Man Twice Convicted of Scamming eBay Buyers Uses Same ID to Scam a 3rd time

First, the 22-year-old Norton man auctioned laptops on eBay and sent empty boxes to dozens of buyers.

Then he sold stolen motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles on the popular Internet auction site.

Now, police say, Daniel Millican of Trotter Road is accused of scamming a Wisconsin man out of $2,100 for a nonexistent global positioning unit that Millican put up for auction on eBay...

Police said Millican used someone else's information to sign up for an eBay account. But he used the same seller name for the GPS auction in January that he used when he sold stolen motorcycles in 2003.
