Ahhhhh... eBay. The email I just received, gracefully entitled "Save With Fresh Deals Under $10 on eBay," is sure to remind everyone that eBay is CHEAP. CHEAP. CHEAP. Especially since some of the highlighted "under $10" categories are Ralph Lauren, DVDs, Longaberger, Clinique, IKEA, Art, and Rings.
