Re: So does the support at MW end when you start paying them?
Heh . . . well that was fun.
OK, maybe not. So I go to delete the old yahoo account. But I can't because there's a live auction running that MW, in the one time it's updated my yahoo account in a week, picked up. Go to yahoo. End the auction. Of course, MW won't update that account again to show that there are no live auctions so I can't delete it. So I rename it. (Thinking I'm smart.) Create a new yahoo account with the correct name. Set it up. Go back to my inventory. Try to launch an item using the newly created yahoo acount. And get the same freakin' error message. So glad I decided to try that little experiment before heading to bed. :o |

Re: So does the support at MW end when you start paying them?
Sorry sockman.
Anyway, success finally on Yahoo! I had to create a Ballista template (even though I didn't use it) and bulk list (click launch still won't work) but I can launch to Yahoo now. Oh, got a response from customer support about getting into the forum. Two days after I gained access. Still waiting to hear about my storefront macro issues. And how to opt into the new order management system. But other than that . . . . ;D |

You have to log in to view those pages.
My log in doesn't work. It says I have an invalid account. |

Marketworks doesn't like you.

Re: So does the support at MW end when you start paying them?
They need to get in line.
I think my life would have been much easier if I'd just signed up under a new ID with a fresh account. (But I didn't want them to think I was trying to cheat them out of another 3 week free trial.) It seems most of the bad stuff is because of having had the account de-activated in the past and then re-activated. Having said that . . . I LOVE the things MW can do and I'm finally able to make it DO them. Well, some of them. I have high hopes for the rest. (The customer service sucks, but I'm used to that, being an eBay seller.) |

Re: So does the support at MW end when you start paying them?
So does the site ever freakin' work?
I can access my storefront profiles about half the time. The other times I get the cute little error message letting me know they are *on* this one! :o I can't launch to yahoo AT ALL now - keep on getting failed launch messages. I can't update my yahoo accounts. I can't FTP. I look at the forum and others are reporting problems (well, not my own special yahoo problems but they others) so I'm thinking it can't ALL be user error. And, most of all, I can't get a freakin' response from support. |

Quote:it can't ALL be user error. I've learned over the past 3 years it's either user error or the marketplace's error because Marketworks is perfect. Quote:So does the site ever freakin' work? Only on April Fool's Day. |

Well, the ftp is back up so I can scratch one thing off my rant list.
