Hello, DRM,

You are certainly entertaining to those who enjoy the ramblings of insane persons.

A "Tulip" is a poster on Tulip Tools, the best OAI forum on the net.
Bbh and his wife own TT, as well as numerous other enterprises.
Unlike you, BBH and Amy don't waste their time spamming as you and your minions do. They post where they are actually helpful to others. A concept you wouldn't understand.

Reg,
1inch is probably giving him too much credit.

DRM  has two ids on TRS; Bojangles and Justjg. :Smile

Not the same person at all.

JustJG (Jamie) has 2 claims to fame: 1. a failed auction site called AuctionPie and 2. having one of the worst lifetime Amazon feedback records I've seen:  88% positive on 2800 transactions.  (and 95% on eBay-- 95%. ).  The last time I saw him anywhere was on the Amazon boards earlier this year and he was singing the praises of eBay and trying to get sellers to move to eBay because Amazon had ended all of his listings.  :Smile This is from Jamie's eBay me page:

Quote:We used to sell on Amazon, but sadly that company has gone very evil and bad. On December 16th, 2005 they terminated our listings because they were upset at being caught making wrongful chargebacks. They have yet to substantiate their claim to terminate the account other than to state that they have the right to terminate any account at any time. As well they claimed that we refused to refund a customer even though they couldn't or wouldn't provide proof of such a claim. Ebay is the best place to find movies. Just search and you'll find it here. I would recommend that if you sell movies or media stay far away from Amazon as they have many practices now which are most likely illegal and definately wrong; especially their feedback system which is the easiest thing to use as a weapon.

Interesting. He made a statement on TRS which was misleading(considering the thread that it was posted in), to say the least. :Smile

Justjg is Jamie. I doubt that's DRM.

Edited to add:

Jamie has a long (bad) history on the OAI forums. He's done numerous heinous things to posters, animals, etc., and he charges way too much for used VHS tapes. LOL. He's always been "after" TR and Ross, as well as others, so in this respect he does kind of resemble DRM (but I suspect DRM is talking the way he does because he enjoys doing it and enjoys getting a rise out of people, but doesn't necessarily even believe what he says). Whereas Jamie also enjoys bothering people, but I suspect Jamie believes everythign Jamie does is 100% right, perfect, and the only way to go.

He pops up once in a while to stir things up. ToyRanch and some of the others have been dealing with him for years, literally. I've "known" him since at least 2001, on boards.

He's not. But, DRM has joined TRS as "bojangles". He is the one I told you was pm'g me.

What a loser. :Smile

I know. DRM / bojangles is wallowing in his own perceived glory. He's either going to get gutted over there, or completely ignored for being innocuous and vain.

I'd tell Ross if he's PM'ing you unsavory stuff, though. Ross HATES that BS.

The chargebacks were definitely "Wrongful"  :Smile  These comments from his buyers are from the first 2 pages of his 75-page long Amazon feedback:

1 out of 5:    "never received item"
1 out of 5:    "I still have not yet received this order!!!!!!!"
1 out of 5:    "did not receive my order & received no response to staus from from repeated emails to seller"
1 out of 5:  "as of today the 11th of January I haven't received my order. I had to contact them to inquire where it was at."
1 out of 5:  "NEVER< NEVER buy from these people. Seventy dollar item never received. They would do nothing to help locate item. Had to stop payment with credit card company. Still isn't resloved."
1 out of 5:  "I would not recommend this seller. Its been a month since I placed my order, and I have received no emails from the seller as to the status of the shipment. I dont know if they are even going to ship it or not. This seller keeps you waiting in the dark."
1 out of 5:    "ordered on dec 3rd and never got product. very disappointed and had no gift on christmas day!"
1 out of 5:  "Slow delivery even with 1 to 2 day expedited shipping and product was not in new condition as specified. It was not even rewound."

Boinktard

I'm glad that Amazon has "gone very evil and bad" and cracks down harder on people like Jamie than eBay does--its one of the reason ASPs are higher on Amazon.
