Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
A little bit OT, but I'm determined to get this right.
With much-appreciated help, I now have my clickable siggy code, but why doesn't it work elsewhere? I tried plugging it into a PSU post, and it just came out as code. I tried replacing the [ ] with < > and it still came out like code. Somehow Angel manages to get her clickable siggy everywhere, almost to the point of ad nauseum. I have no intention of being so bold, but would like to stick it in posts every now and then. Also, is there any way to put a store link in an email? I've never spammed or anything, so I have no clue about stuff like that, but there have been times when I thought putting a link to my store in an email to long and loyal customers (e.g. the ones who have specifically requested I notify them when I list new items) might be of benefit to them. |
I'm not sure why it wouldn't work at PSU. I thought they used the same type codes. I always just use a text link in all my signatures for the search engines to pick up, so I've never messed with the banner ones much. It should work the same though by substituting the 'img' for the text. Let me go look at it and experiment. LOL

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Okay, I figured out the problem. When I made the sig for TT, I had to take out the 'http://' of the img url.
This code should work most everywhere else: Code: I tested it on my sig over at PSU and it showed up just fine.

Excerpt from a post welcoming a new member:
Quote:So just dive in. You can't lose anything but time and less than $10.00 a month. All you have to do is cut out one pizza a month and that's taken care of ... besides this place is a lot of fun. That's worth the $10.00 right there. Bolding mine. And we have competition for song writing from the same poster welcoming another newbie: Quote:Welcome to the best auction site in North America ...
The one thing you can never afford to lose is your temper.
