We've only banned him 2X.  OTWA has banned him 3X. PSU and SpareDollar banned him too.  If he can't see the site it means he can't register a 3rd time, or 4th, or 5th like he did on motherearthnews before they blocked his multiple IDs. Sorry, I missed that vital. Probably because I generally skim your posts, finding them repetitive and boring.


However, what you said is NOT true. I did C&P a post from TRS that Ross retrieved from WP. THat's it, as far as I can recall.

And, as I stated earlier, I am not interested in you or WP.
I do dislike spammers. They tend to take the focus off other things if they are allowed to.
Personally, I don't even have much sympathy anymore for those who are still floundering at WP. They were warned numerous times by many people.

To this point, for the most part, that's exactly how they have been used, with some exceptions which, to this point, we have allowed in an attempt to be as absolutely flexible as possible.

However, some posts we have noticed are stretching the limits of that flexibility, and are neither constructive, courteous, or respectful.

Posts of this nature are not allowed, and will be more directly policed and bear the weight of policy enforcement.

In simple terms, we will not allow to happen to our Community Boards what has happened over at eBay, where discourteous unproductive exchanges are allowable and un-policed, and posts from newer members marginalized and ridiculed.

Wagglepop is not eBay, and we will not allow such behavior.

Forget for a moment that it is WP.
If I had a forum and one person was taking it over being a jerk, I'd probably use the delete button also.  However, if they are deleting LEGITMATE questions when the answers aren't favorable to WP...

Oh, and I do find it funny that WP states that they are not eBay.  Last I looked, the site sure does a good job of LOOKING like eBay.

Ok, first off, there is a lot of us here because we had it with feebay AND some sellers from here came to feebay to let sellers there know about this place, how they made sales and how great this place is! We listen to these people, we believed these people. Over and over it was posted there. Ok here we are, now we get "don't like it go"

Like WP can take a lot of people going. I somehow don't think that is in WP dreams having sellers leave. I came here and looked around before I open a store. I saw lots of one bid, buy it now auctions and thinking how am I to know what this place is (really) doing? I mean with them kind of auctions if sold, they end and not show up anymore. So, who knows who made any sales? Bid auctions had no bids.

Good grief, is the concept so complicated? All Wild is saying is that she IS promoting her store, but WP is not promoting the site. We all promote our stores, but for most of us (myself included) our sphere of promotion can only extend so far - friends, family, old eBay customers, etc. When I'm on the net, I go to sites FIRST, and then find the stores WITHIN THE SITE. Who says, "gee I wonder if a store called Uptiump exists -- hmm, I have nothing better to do with my time, so I think I'll try Goggling it, and if there is such a store, maybe I'll take a look and see if there's something I might want to buy?" That is ludicrous. First I go to eBay, or BlueJay, or Vendio, AuctionsOnline or any number of sites and THEN I find the stores through the site. If nobody knows WP exits, how are they supposed to find our stores?

I don't agree at all. From what I've felt and seen towards others, if anyone so much as asks a serious question that's not all cheerleader like, the droves come in to attack this person. I've seen it time and again. That's why it took me so long to speak up. By then, I was done tho. I've met a few - a very small few - sellers here that I would come back and purchase items from simply because of their attitude toward other sellers. I became not proud to be part of this community anymore, and that's eventually what pushed me out the door. I'm sorry to say but it is true. I still browse and buy and I'd love to come back and sell for me, but I won't do it to support a community that doesn't support other sellers as sellers and not just wagglepoppers.

I was emailed this link.  I'm assuming WP has no controls in place to automatically boot a user when their feedback hits a certain negative level.  On eBay a score of -4 will get you NARU'd, on QXL a feedback rating of -1 will automatically NARU a user, and on WP the sky is apparently the limit.  :

35 negatives accumulated over a 1-month period and apparently still active.  Are they that desperate to boost their member numbers?

EDIT: the user has a feedback rating of -35

EDIT AGAIN : if they can quickly delete store owners accounts when they close their stores why don't they delete the accounts that actually should be deleted like NPBs?
