Bulk lister information From the link above:
For all members who have been patiently waiting for InventoryDirect, we are happy to report that it is very close to final approval after some last-minute functionality changes that are going through extended testing at this time.

We expect the actual release date of this extremely powerful direct access database tool to be with 30 days of this post, with only a slight delay relative to the original release date for extended coding and testing needs.

Just one of the many important items in this letter of  Smileykoolaid filled announcements which has been met with total approval!!  Tard

RE: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Wagglepop site sales report week ending 9.17: 835 sales, 6000 members, average member had 0.14 sales this week.  At that rate, it will take 7 weeks for the average member to get a sale.  Smile

Quote:The latest Sales Reports for the weekly reporting period of 9/11 to 9/17 has been posted, with total sales at 835.

That's the 11th consecutive week with an increase, and a steady growth curve is beginning to develop that we'll soon be able to count on over the long haul should the trend and rate continue.

In related news, we continue to attract new sellers and Stores on about the same accelerated pace as the previous month or so, replacing older Stores or sellers who either have disregarded the trust aspects of our community regarding timely payment, or require a different "high traffic" selling environment and/or immediate results.

This is a welcomed and very healthy dynamic, as we build our core of strong and dedicated sellers who understand what Wagglepop represents, and in doing that, we build a community of sellers with traits that buyers value most.

Along with that, we have every expectation that InventoryDirect will be ready for release within the next two to three weeks. This will allow existing sellers or new sellers the opportunity to upload thousands of listings converted form eBay directly to the listings database, and likely increase the site count dramatically.

These three dynamics (a steady growth curve, the building of a dedicated long-term "core" seller base, and the ability to convert entire inventories from eBay) have us positioned precisely where we should be in terms of growing the site for the future, and creating a sustainable marketplace for the long-term Smile

835 seller to seller sales, meaning it cost some sellers even more money to waste their time on waggleflop if they made a purchase as well as paying Ray to make asses of themselves.

Nigerian scammers have discovered WP:

Quote:Ok, well I got three scamming(I think) emails from the same person today..
this is one of them...the oter two are the same with different items...

To Member: xxxxxxx
From Member: nolandaa
Item # xxxxx
Title: Xbox 360 Core System NIB

:blinkie: :Smile in reaction to the following quote.  If you want to wreck your SEO by all means signup for a link referral site and get garbage traffic Smile

Quote:OK here is what I found out, that may help all be aware a bit, when checking my sitemeter, I found that some of the IP addresses and countries where coming into my wagglepop link through linkrefferral.com like nigeria, india and unknown country....which is kind of good to know, see it helps us keep on top of those little scams and see that they are maybe getting set to target us by getting the address that is entering and how they are entering. Its not something that wouldn't happen if we didnt submit our links and urls, its something that is a huge problem. there are people who sit in little internet cafe's in these counties and do nothing but surf and look for auction sites ect to scam.. so it would happen sooner or later......... its a double edge but not a double edge in a bad way..... we get hits with link exchanges but we also get to see who and where they are coming from with sitemeter!

The smart solution would be for WP to block all Nigerian based-IP addresses in the server's firewall.

Ray knows how to ban the IP addresses of former store owners, that's for sure.
