As a matter of fact, the name that I signed up with does not rhyme with loser.  TT admin designated the ID of user391 because the name that I signed up with would have offended people.

I will try to explain again.  Your monthly fee posted to your account last on April 24th.  THAT fee would have normally been invoiced and payable on May 10th, but payment became neccessary sooner than that due to your request to close your store.  In order for that fee to have not applied, you would have had to request that your store be closed enough time prior to APRIL 24th to allow Karen time to close your store before that fee posted.  I hope this helps.

Just curious User, but how do you know the details of Flying Highs billing account such as the date the invoice should have been posted.  It's always been my understanding that the invoice is posted beginning on or very shortly thereafter the date you sign up.

The details of Flying High's billing account are totally obvious based on what Flying High posted here and what I've seen happen here dozens of times over again.  It's the same old story, different seller.

You are correct that the fees post to seller accounts on the day that their store was opened each month.  The actual invoice (when the fees are billed and payable) occurs on the 10th of each month for every seller.  Too many sellers are not reading the billing terms on the Wagglepop site which is causing them to get mixed up between the date that fees post to their account, and the date that they are invoiced which is almost always different since most sellers didn't open their stores exactly on the 10th.

This from the WP Billing and Account Information page includes all of the information needed to explain why Flying High DOES still owe $9.95 and is not being held hostage or whatever y'all want to call it.

"How does a Store subscription post to my seller account?

Since Stores can be opened by any member on any day of the month, the posting of the subscription fee to your seller account and the day monthly that invoices are due cannot be the same day, unless by happenstance.

On the day your Store opens, the first month subscription fee will post to your account immediately, and you will not be billed again until the exact same day the next month, and all following months.

For example, if you open a Store on 7/20, the monthly subscription of $9.95 posts to your seller account and covers the period from 7/20 to 8/19, which is one month of service.

Then on 8/20, it will post again, and on the 20th of each subsequent month.

Invoices are always issued on the 10th, while Store subscriptions always post on the date they were opened, and cover one month of service.

The Store subscription fee is not actually payable until seller invoices are issued on the 10th of each month for payment, and covers the monthly period as outlined above.



What happens if I cancel my Store subscription?

Since a Wagglepop Store is part of the SmartSell Pro Package, to close your Store you must close the entire SmartSell Pro user account. All listings will terminate.

Due to the nature of the benefits of the SmartSell Pro Package (such as free listing insertions, for example), there are strictly no pro-rated refunds if a Store is closed before the end of the monthly Store subscription posting date. Therefore, if you do wish to close your Store, we recommended doing so just a day or so prior to the subscription posting date, which is the same date as the date your opened your Store and upgraded to a SmartSell Pro user account."

Since you are so knowledgeable about WP can you explain this? Why Flying High's account was not closed on the day of the request? I know for a FACT they can close your account the same day you ask. I asked for my store to be closed and within 15 minutes store and account were GONE. So why is it that Karay plays these pitiful games?

What would be the name for the boardwalk spot? So, I have never really heard of "Wagglepop" but everything I have seen on line through google and such does not look very appealing. I am glad I am not caught up in the spiral that Flying High is caught in.
