Oh Boy! I'm not even an auction seller but now I'm a POPPER!
What is the point of private message boards if you're not going to require that registrants sign a NDA? :twistedevil: The only news: a TulipTools member asked about the use of RScript but the board moderator skipped over that part of her question. There was a complaint about the site search being limited which went unanswered too. |

Sounds definitely like Ray...avoiding the negatives, and only answering/addressing the positives. This is all a bit dejavu. Rumor has it on the stores threads that it's already overloaded, and sloooowwwwwwwww... with 'page not found' popping up for dialup users. tsktsktsk... : Same ol', same ol'.... Nuts. Edit: Quote:Well, I had never heard of WP until it reopened. I have tried for 2 solid hours to get ONE listing up. Cannot find server - after I completed the selling form - over and over and over. I gave up. I am not impressed. |

Why shouldn't he? After all the supreme court just said it was OK for ebay to steal Mercs BIN patent tech. [/quote] Offtopic: was that the court's final decision on the BIN case? I thought they were close to ruling for mercs?

The Supremes overturned the Court of Appeals (who had held that Merc shoulg get the injunction) and sent it back to the District Court, directing them to follow the law this time, and for it to start all over again.
