Wagglesh.it is a good way to put IT. I still am amazed at the people there that just don't get it. One thing I hated about the site is that it was down all the time and I couldn't access it. AND it always seemed to happen at high traffic times like sunday night.
This little guys says it all - |

RE: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
I am also still seeing a lot of WP spam on the E boards. I am surprised that WP's admin allows it to be done so vehemently. I also hate (and you may or may not agree) the auctions that defame eBay and steer unwary shoppers to WP. However, I know that the shopper will just hit the back button once they realize that they've been duped by some bitter popper. Those auctions do nothing but show the unprofessionalism and bitterness of some sellers.
I'm not happy about what's going on at eBay, the fees, etc. are high but the WP'ers take it too far. I mean, let's face it, if you can't go askew on your business plan a little to accomodate the new fees and still turn a profit, you shouldn't be in business in the first place. BTW, My comments only apply to those who left eBay when the fees were raised proclaiming that they no longer could afford to sell there even though they sold higher priced items. I'm not referring the those that really couldn't afford to sell there like sellers who stuck to items that were under $5. I just don't want anyone to think I am being nasty to anyone who truly couldn't stay, that's not my intention. MY POINT (and I promise that I do have one) is if these WP cheerleaders were selling on eBay and couldn't afford the fees HOW ON EARTH are they paying fees to WP if they have NO or RARE sales? No matter how you slice it $10 is $10 and if you don't clear that, you are in the red. Truthfully, if you can't clear that you should go jump off a bridge but HEY, what do I know???????? The dog ate my pom-poms so I don't cheer for anyone. I don't cheer for WP, I don't cheer for eBay. I just go where the potential to make the most $$$$$ is. I don't give a hoot about venue loyalty. If Karen/Ray got offered a bazillion dollars to sell WP tomorrow, you can be rest assured loyalty to it sellers would not be first and foremost on his/her mind. It's business! |

RE: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
This is a post I just found from Karen/Ray in response to a popper posting that they noticed the store count declining...
Hello Members, Regarding our Wagglepop Stores count, we have every expectation that the count will continue to drop over the next few weeks by as much as 20% (and likely level off around 700 or so) as we determine who wants to be a part of the SmartSell Pro selling environment. This is very healthy for the site and will give us a solid core of sellers that have the traits and long-term vision that buyers value most. Many sellers that try Wagglepop do so for only one or two months (or one or two weeks), and realize that they need a traditional "high traffic" environment (such as eBay) to be successful, and are unwilling to try or unfamiliar with longer term business planning and promotion. wait this is my favorite part For many, this is the first time they have really had to "market and sell", rather than "list and wait" as has become somewhat of a solution at eBay, albeit at a very steep price. Wagglepop is simply a different selling solution, and for sellers who see the opportunity that SmartSell Pro represents combined with a little self-promotion, it's a golden one Karen - WP Customer Care Excuse me but [move]Their numbers have no where to go but down!!![/move] |

That just shows how out of touch Ray is now. Ebay is no longer a "list and they will come" site. He is an idiot. |

Quote: CS told me a few days ago, that in most cases retalitory FB is removed, assuming I can provide proof of payment ( which I have provided them, as well as the actual PP claim showing the refund in my favor). I have forwarded the information to CS and am waiting to hear from them (although anxiously, obviously). CS removing negative feedback, yikes!! Quote:It scares me to think that feedback can be removed. I personally hate retalitory feedback but on the otherhand if it can be completely removed what about other negative feedback? If someone screams loud enough will CC get rid of their Negative feedback as well? Some at least sees the potential problems with CC removing feedback, oh wait then that person gets from another WP idiot Quote:I find it interesting that this would scare someone. I honestly don't believe that Wagglepop caters to those that scream loud enough. Wagglepop is a business, not a daycare. What are they thinking??? Negs are gonna happen and if CC will just remove them then what is the purpose??? mileystuffhappens:
Good bye all
Enjoy your freedom Use it well |
