RE: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
THAT's why I left, pom-pom's don't pay the bills.

I think the sellers that are still cheering are idiots.  There seems to be a seller step program there (mine only has 3 steps as opposed to the more popular 12 step kind...  Laughing7).

Step #1 - The impatient seller (that's me).  The one that already did their due diligence at the E and had a customer base that didn't know that part of the WP deal was that they wouldn't advertise.  They also don't like to be insulted by the staff and told that if they can't stay in it for the long haul then maybe WP isn't for them.  NO kidding!!!!!!!

Step #2 - The mildly impatient seller who refuses to pay the fees to the E, doesn't like HB or eCrater or Bidville and wants to make a go of it on WP.  So they list and list and list and cheer and cheer and cheer and then a few negative posts by some step #1 people get them to thinkin', "Hey yeah! Why aren't they advertising?! Am I supposed to do all this on my own tab?" and now they are thinking that maybe WP has some 'splaining to to regarding their advertising timeline.  They are getting annoyed and they don't like the answers that they're getting!

Step #3 - The Saint!  The patient seller who still believes that Ray/Karen will protect them and nuture them and help them to be successful sellers.  They are the sellers who cannot survive in the cut-throat, claw your face off world of online sales.  They are the criers when someone is mean, the whiners when yet another advertising timeline question is asked and the stupidly trusting when it comes to the intentions of Karen/Ray.  They can stay there for all I care as long as they stay the hell out of my way!!!!!

RE: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Idiots who advertise someone else's business (the venue) to their customers rather than their own business (seller's store) never cease to amaze me. Smile

Quote:The other day i had a sale on another site. I used a greedbay priority box, put a circle and a slash thru the gbay logo, and wrote the name of the site on the box! I wonder how many people handle those boxes and how many saw what i did!!! I need to make some WP stickers, or does somebody here make them?

Quote:I too, put Wagglepop stickers over the other name. I printed up the small return address labels with Wagglepop.com and then under that I put Join the Revolution! The Wagglepop is in red & blue, which is really attention getting, and then the Join the Revolution! just may get someone's curiosity up enough to check it out
