Good question Amy. I take your comment to mean you also noticed that he didn't cull the herd. Close down any deadbeat accounts in August. There are at least 4 active stores and a few empty ones that should have been 'dismissed' for non-payment. They have no 1st payment icon in their header. Didn't happen though.

One of the empty ones we know about through PSU. Ultimate Thomas recently explained on PSU the attempts they made to close properly. Perhaps the vigorous chore of axing the delinquents has been given to the new "We The People" membership council. BTW, anyone know who they are? The 'chosen' should have been announced by now according to last mention of this exalted council.

Sneaky, to qualify you must pledge the following:

According to the e-mail I got from Ebay,as of Sept.16th,Stores will be closed and multiple item listings will be 35 cents per 30 days.
Also Ebay is going to tell us what we can charge for shipping.(God forbid you should make a 30 cent profit that they can't get part of).
Oh an the best one,we can only accept Paypal payments.We "the sellers" must convince the buyers of the wonderful benefits of having a Paypal account.
That said, I decided to beat Ebay to it and shut my store down.Found a new place that actually cares about it's sellers.wagglepop dot com Lowest fees I've ever seen and if you open a store,you only pay the monthly store fee.NO listing or FVF.
Take a look around,you may just like it better than feebay

If indeed it is the same seller, this seller has a 2200+ fb rating on eBay, and shows evidence of 19 puny sales on WP since joining in January of this year -- 3 sales ($39.97 gross, since the $29.95 fee hike came into effect) in the last 3 months. There is another seller with the same user ID on WP as the eBay poster (no location given), however, that has no WP listings, and one FB as a buyer from our favorite cheerleader.

The domain was registered on May 20, 2008 by Vista Wholesale Inc.  They run the dropshipping sites www.vistawholesale.com and www.sellersoutlet.com

Wagglepop is a registered Federal trademark of Wagglepop LLC.  Why hasn't Ray filed a trademark dispute over the registration of wagglepop.net?  Was the domain registration done with his approval?

WagglePop.net was sold for $129.38 back in March 2005.

I don't remember if Ray owned the domain, but chances are very good that he did. Some of the people from the thread are still kicking around, they might remember.

If he sold it, tough noogies to him 'cause he sold the right to use the trademark, too.  This might be the reason his litigious style threats aren't being tossed around.

He didn't.  Google the domain.  It was listed on expired domain sites earlier in the year.

The FAS link made me look at Matt's store.  He switched from Yahoo Stores to Volusion .   Very nice looking store.
