If I had a store there, I might sell a dictionary or 2.
But I have a brain. ;D

You're not different.  Many of us did it in 1999.  We did it again in 2000.  We did it again in 2001. There is a revolution every year.

bargainbloodhound Wrote:The protests over eBay's introduction of checkout in 2001 were far larger and resulted in far more listings being moved to other OAI sites like Bidville, BidBay,ePier, Carnaby, etc.

Ditto for the outcry over the combination of eBay's site problems and Pierre Omidyar's infamous "it's only $1 dollar" introduction of reserve fees in 1999 and the stampede to Gold's Auctions, and other OAI sites.

Ditto for the outrage over eBay's plans to introduce banner ads in 2000 that resulted in the Million Auction March, and the estimated moving of 500K-1 million listings from eBay to other OAI sites like Yahoo...that's 500K-1 million listings moved from eBay

You want a real revolution?  Stop being dependent on others.

Cheerleaders are always the worst spellers on any venue.

Karen Wagglepoop Wrote:Just an update for everyone Smile

We are just about nearing the end of the overall review process, and we feel that we've already accomplished many of the project goals.

We now have an even stronger seller community for the benefit of all membership, and as a company, we have a better and more accurate feel for what our true "base" is as we move forward with our plans for the future.

For those who have left us appropriately during the process, we wish them much prosperity as they pursue their online selling goals, and thank them for the opportunity to serve them to this point.

We look forward to the day we can earn their business again in the future as we evolve, and we will continue to work hard to do so.

For those who we have terminated for various inabilities to conform to the basic User Agreement such as on-time payment, delivery of sold items and products, or use of inappropriate language towards Customer Care, we have nothing more to add at this time.

We would like to thank everyone for their patience and support while we complete the reviews and associated tasks over the next few days Smile

"Well, Jay was so giddy that someone named Jay was involved with this site we posted our first non-eBay listing in 3 years here at Lunarbid (we tried two items at Yahoo once upon a time, they bombed)" -Marie posting in a LunarBid thread at OTWA in 2005 wins the award for 'most moronic reason ever given for choosing a venue"

"thanks twat u must have nothing better 2 do. do u talk to all your members like that. will not be recomending your site.
best way to put it is TULIPTOOLS.COM IS REALLY SHIT. DONT JOIN." -pubescent owner of rinky dink off2auction.com in 2011
