RE: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
I wasn't worried about being "discovered". I registered my account with an actual email address that contains my actual name.

I had my share of run ins with Askling, and we never saw eye to eye about anything, but disagreeing with her, and saying the things that she accuses me of saying are two different things. She seemed to read a lot into what I was saying to her, and her interpretation became her truth. I never called her a liar, I never called her a cheat, I never called her a thief. I never called her a derogatory name of any kind.

I did once accuse her of "talking to herself" and apologized for that. If she determined that the apology was insincere, there is nothing I can do about that.

Bellisima, you make a valid point.  Is there somewhere that WP agrees to provide marketing that I didn't see? If there is, please let me know.

Thentavious, I had never heard of RR or WP prior to signing up at WP2.

I want everyone on TT to know I MADE NONE OF THAT UP
I also never called you a liar or a thief. Again, if you can show me a post where I did, I would be happy to sincerely apologize.

Did I suggest that your items were unsellable, no, but I did suggest that womans size 11AAA shoes were a niche market. I would still think that they are.

Did I accuse you of being a slackard, no, but I believe I did say that you shouldn't be relying on WP to do your marketing for you.
--

TRUST ME, TT MEMBERS, I MADE NONE OF THAT UP. I don't want to bore folks here with the sorted details about how Scott defended Ray/Karen in doing "due diligence" by denying me a FVF credit for a transaction that both I and the buyer amicably canceled and that I should just "eat it", because my story was just too far fetched to be true. Translation: I'm a liar. At which time you pointed out that I was perhaps canceling the transaction to sell off WP and avoid having to pay the commissions. In other words, I was a cheat. Yes, DIRECT QUOTES. No, Scott never used the words "niche market", someone else did. When I mentioned that I sell many singular items like size 11AAA Ferragamo pumps, Scott said something like, "size 11AAA shoes, now THERE'S market - LOL!" And on and on. Like always, Scott, you never answer the questions put before you and you twist the truth. You and Ray have a lot in common.

Askling,

If you want to provide the entire post, go ahead. Don't just cut and paste what suits your argument. If you have direct quotes, go ahead and use the entire thing.

By saying that WP was doing "due diligence" in examining your claim, you interpret that as me saying you were a liar and a theif when that's not what I said. You were talking about you not getting your $.25 credit and not wanting to have to have your customer get an unpaid item strike. My point was, that if you were so concerned about your customer getting an unpaid item strike, all you had to do to avoid that was not to file an unpaid item claim. I would never expend the amount of energy that you did for twenty five cents. I then referred to a poster above you that had already admitted to pulling items down off of WP to sell directly because his customer didn't want to sign up someplace new. I never accused you of doing it, only that WP needed to check it out prior to issuing a credit.

I wouldn't know as I have never wasted my time either registering, reading or posting there. It will be gone before it's one year anniversary.

However, I would imagine that whether the agreement is implicit or implied (Do you have a dictionary?), there is a contractual obligation on the part of WP to provide customers.

Alskling, no worries. I read most of the stuff that you reference on the waggleflop site itself (NOT just on TT) so I know that Scott was anything but friendly to you much of the time.

Gee, do you all suppose that Scott had to go check in with someone before he could answer some questions?  Angel5
