RE: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
It appears to me Scott that you came to TT with the intention of attempting to discredit Aksling. She is not the only individual that you have treated with total contempt and blatant arrogance at WP. You falsly accused a man who is held in high regard here at TT and Ebay. His screen name is Webgraphicssource. He went to WP and defended his site. Many of the WP members responded with an apology to him. You did not, even though you were the one who started the thread to begin with.
You are free to conduct business at WP or on the moon for that matter. If it doesn't bother you to conduct your business with a venue whos owner has proven himself to be unethical and untrustworthy so be it. The bottom line is that the business of operations at WP will also be conducted unethically, and will be a direct reflection on all sellers. Like your momma always said be careful of the company you keep. In regards to buyers reading the boards, that is very very rare. I never once read the boards at Ebay as a buyer, and didn't even read seller boards until recently. You had a buyer who posted on WP and he was treated horribly. He had his account suspended. Aksling being the wonderful businesswoman she is not only made contact with him, he became a very happy customer. She treated him with dignity and respect. |

Wagglepop has been unreachable for at least 3 hours. I've tried connecting from London, San Diego, and Los Angeles without any luck.
Karen explains it with a totally fucking bullshit lie. Quote:For anyone who had access issues between 3:10 am and 7:55 am EST overnight, a power loss at an upstream access provider interrupted access to Wagglepop for that time period. Ezzi has 3 data centers but WP, rscript, and the ezzi site are in the same center. Their hosting company ezzi.net was accessible the entire time and so was rscript. If there had been a power outage at an upstream provider ezzi and rscript would have been unreachable too since their sites are in the same data center. The real explanation for the outage: their server crashed in the middle of the night and they had to wait for their "engineering staff" (Karen/Ray) to wakeup and notice the site was down and call the hosting company for a manual reboot. |

And the good news is...no potential buyers noticed. The bad news is...no potential buyers noticed.
Translation: when she deleted the first ID today she forgot to uncheck the ban IP box and so the second ID which used the same IP was automatically blocked too. When she realized ID #2 was blocked she unbanned the IP. If anyone wants to tell S.B. that his access to the site was reinstated feel free to do so. |

RE: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Sorry for going missing there for a while, but I was temporarily banned from the site for having two ID's.
I'm not trying to discredit anyone. All I want are for the facts to be looked at, but now, that's impossible, because you can't prove a negative if you all believe the boards at WP have been sanitized. Since you guys brought up Kirk, why don't you ask him abou tthe conversations we had off line about getting that issue cleared up? He was a professional the entire time, and at the end of it, it was done. It wasn't an unfounded rumor that I just started because I was bored, I posted screen shots of the actual warnings that I got from my virus software. The difference in my percieved attitude is simple. I'm not trying to pull the wool over anyones eyes. Every post I made to the WP boards is still there in it's entirety except one, and that one was removed because I asked it to be removed when I stepped over the line. At WP I was defending the idea that WP could succeed if operated properly. Maybe it can and maybe it can't, time will tell. This is supposedly a board for an exchange of ideas and I'm willing to exchange opinions. If you folks don't want me here, that's fine. I thought maybe we could discuss the opposing points of view, but to be honest with you, it seems that most of you were predisposed to hate WP2 because of experiences with WP1. |

In the first place, I don't hate WP anynumber. I think most here took a look at WP2 and saw nothing different except the so-called absence of Ray. Otherwise it's the same old, same old. Nothing but very vague promises of The Promised Land. The same censorship that was practiced during WP1. Spin, spin, spin. What's to like? Now I DO detest Ray. I believe that he is unethical, a liar, a fake and a conman. I haven't seen a thing that would cause me to change my mind. |
