Well, as usual, another important topic starts sliding down to the bottom, covered by tons of OT posts.  Happy poppers are trying to make it go away as fast as they can.  They can't afford for their brothers and sisters in cultdom to go away.  Then they would have to pay for another new and improved feature.

That whole comparison to a cult was just freaky!!  They fit just about every example of cult behavior.... WEIRD!!!

I was sucked right in.  I am not bitter about it.  I learned a lot during my brief stay.  I am totally deprogrammed now.  Without my WP experience, I would never have found TT which provides more actual business help and free therapy to go with it.

In my case, there was little, if any, deprogramming, as I was never really "programmed" in the first place. I'm not a "visionary", nor was I looking for a support group (did you know that Alcoholics Anonymous has a Pooper store?). I just wanted to MAKE A LIVING -- oh, silly me! Oh, and I have since noticed that some rah-rah eBay rep has posted a rather lengthy and well-constructed, Madison Avenue-style comment on the Blogging Stocks thread. I couldn't let that one go without a cryptic retort from little Miss Reality check.
