Karay IS trying to talk over peoples' heads. It's the same trick medieval priests used to keep the illiterate country folk going to church. Scare them with your knowledge of the Book and get them to follow orders. Same here, different "nomenclature."  ;D ;D ;D

p.s. THIS is a VERY unprofessional statement from a business:
Quote:Please email me back and acknowledge that you understand and can comply, and then we can all spend Thanksgiving day with our families.

Here's part of what's wrong with this statement by Karay:

1.) It's insulting to a legitimate, paying customer.

2.) It implies that the staff would like to *ahem* get back to their holiday celebrations but pesky customers keep ruining it for them

3.) It implies they don't have a professional staff that was scheduled to work on Thanksgiving

4.) It implies that everyone celebrates Thanksgiving

5.) It implies that like the owners of Wagglepoop, all business owners suddenly stop working hard on perceived holidays

6.) It implies, once again, that the staff is only one guy or two people (with a houseful of guests)

7.) It implies addiction to the boards. For chrissakes, if it bothers you, then don't reply to customers on Thanksgiving!

8.) It shows a lack of planning. If they didn't want to be "bothered" by PAYING customers on Thanksgiving, they should have posted a notice announcing customer service would be CLOSED  on Thanksgiving. Duh. Even a small town bait shop can manage that.

9.) It proves that Karay likes to manipulate and uses perceived social rules and expectations to screw with a seller's head.

I saw that too Sweetdream but considered the source and ignored it. Insecure people love throwing out big words to show how smart or superior they are - and usually they apply these words incorrectly.

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Karen IS Ray. It would choke him to thank anyone for even a snippet of criticism; even when deep down he knows it was warranted. Same mental quirk that earmarks the Ray of WP1.

Please be advised. I can no longer use the term Poppers. Poppers is too benign for this lot. Effective immediately they are the Borg. "Karen" is the Borg Queen.

Resistance is futile!!!!  You will be assimulated!!!

Back to saving and ending my listings. I've got to get out of there!  :angry017: :angry017: :angry017: :angry017: :angry017:

I wonder if Raybil has catered in Thanksgiving dinner so he can monitor the boards on WP.

I can picture him sitting in his office chair  Pottytrain5, dressed in his new pink bathrobe and fuzzy slippers, admiring his new blonde wig in his computer monitor while sipping tea with his pinky raised waiting for more money from adsmart and chuckling as his bankroll grows.  Just for fun he creates new user accounts and buys things from stores, never paying but making the store owners think that they have been seen.

When his ego has been properly stroked by his admiring poppers he sits back and reaches for another turkey leg and just as he bites down his wrist alarm goes off and he springs into action to quickly delete another innocent question that he may have to give an honest answer to.  Just then his mother comes in and smacks him on the back of the head and tells him it is past his bedtime,  Happy001 Happy001 Happy001
