Alskling,

I was the one who listed the toilet paper (wipe your crack with the guy from iraq) and it just goes to prove there is and never will be rhyme or reason to wagglepop. That in itself is the reason why the site will fail.

let the truth be told

My defining moment on WP was our listing for Wagglepup (a cute ceramic puppy) a future icon for WP complete with slideshow, website page to monitor it's travels and hype. First time it sold for $12.00 to a non-paying buyer. 2nd time for $10.25 to a seller who never relisted it for sale.

At that point 1700 listings went off and to another site and our store closed.
Of course, Sweet Girl was e-mailing me daily with.....GET OFF Your A** and GET OFF WP..

THEN O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 -- You must have been hitting the "submit" button on your post at the same time I was composing mine. I have the exact sentiments on the religious issue. I could speak volumes on this issue, but it is not germain to this thread.

Come on WP spammers -- be honest! Here is how your message should go:

"Hi, I'm witnessing for WP, a new on-line cult that I absolutely love. We are looking for converts to help us spread the word of our leader and founder Ray Romeo, a self-proclaimed e-commerce giant on a mission to get back at whomever he feels has crossed him at some time in his life. Our founder is especially pissed at eBay, so if you're also pissed at eBay, WP may be a great place for you to come vent. The rest of the congregation will pray and help you through the frustration and you'll feel so much better.  Our founder does like to keep his identity hidden, for very good reasons he'd rather not disclose, but rest-assured he is real and he does want your support. Although our site looks like it is an e-commerce site, it's actually a cult chat room, where folks can make new friends, join in virtual breakfasts and pray for each other. Once in a while we barter goods and services between ourselves -- kind of like an on-line block party. We do REQUIRE you to contribute financially and not question how those contributions will be spent. Rest-assured, this is for your own good. Please understand this is not a donation, even though we are religious-based. You will be sending us funds directly every month in US currency from your CONFIRMED PayPal account. Checks, money orders and other forms of payment to be part of this prayer-chat are not accepted at this time. From time to time we will bring new and exciting ways for you to contribute financially to our founder so he can continue to provide you with this prayer venue and continue on his quest to overcome his own insecurity. We keep things etherial, so open discussion of meaty issues with other members has no place in our organization and your comments will be deleted and your membership cancelled should you chose to engage in such a practice. Please do not think of us as a business. We are not, so, don't join thinking this might be a good business opportunity for you.  Your immediate payment to the venue will constitute your interest to be a part of our group. Thank you and Kumbaya.

Truth -- OF COURSE. Use whatever of my quotes you like. I have absolutely nothing to hide and just about everybody knows who I am by now anyway.

So, you were the "wipe your crack with the guy from Iraq" seller. I noticed the item actually DID SELL on eBay.

Alskling,

Thanks it will be up in a few minutes!!

No the toilet paper never sold on ebay I pulled it on the last day but it did make the pulse and brought me great exposure. That was all I wanted to do was gain the traffic. The toilet paper is still up now only this time on blujay but may go back to ebay when the time is right.

It worked as a great tool to move people out of ebay and elsewhere!

Buyer returns with another question:

Quote:SirBuysAlot  25 Nov 2006 18:14

Does anyone sell a Pokemon Emerald game? I typed in the words, but nothing came up and I don't want to wade through the many video games looking so I thought I would ask here. I hope that is okay.

Two hours later, buyer gets a reply:

Quote:I don't have the game, but just wanted to let you know that it is okay to ask here. Hopefully someone who has it will come along and be able to help you out.

Do you think buyer still gives a shit?  Pottytrain5

If so, he may need that toilet paper you've got truth.

Oh, yes, I remember now. You had a reserve on it, and the reserve wasn't met at $13.50 or something. I went to your site, but am very confused by it. There's too much going on there for me to zero in on what it's all about. Wanna give me a plug in exchange for using my quote? I don't spam or do other types of self-promotion, except to repeat customers and such. I may be missing the boat, but I'd like to think that my reputation is the best advertising. I think I've only mentioned the name of my eBay store once on this thread, and I don't think I've even mentioned it on any other.
