Know why they listed the house? Because one of the Poppers commented that there was only 1 item in Real Estate (uhhhh wonder why?) so another one of the faithful few chimed right in that her house is for sale so she would list it.  Dink

Someone should go bid on it! All of PopLand would go into a frenzy - could be a good show  Evil4

I saw the thread about filling the empty categories. I really didn't think that anyone would actually list a house. Ray would be so pleased if it did sell.

I didn't think anyone would either. But you know, Race, that's an excellent example of a seller taking advantage of all that the NoSell Pro package has to offer. Unbeatable low monthly rate with no additional listing or gallery fees- and we'll even throw in no traffic for no additional charge! Now just add to that some over-priced ads that will never be seen by anyone but other sellers - its definitely a package that can be matched anywhere!

WHAT FOLLOWS IS THE SOUND OF A MANHATTANITE (someone who lives in a place where everyone rents because the average price to buy an apartment is over $1,000 PER SQUARE FOOT...and small 1-room studios are $500,000) WHINING AND CRYING AFTER BEING REMINDED YET AGAIN Of THE MUCH LOWER PRICE OF REAL ESTATE ELSEWHERE
