RE: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
A Popper at Pop Land has noticed the listings are down around 2,000 or so. The number of listings last night was 161,007. The home page shows a total of 159,359 listings now. But if you go to PSU, the number of listings is 118,370.

Some poppers are saying it is because of housekeeping, and the rest are saying sales. No way have there been 2,000 sales in less than 24 hours at Pop Land. They are living in the Land Of Denial.

Seems someone is fudging the numbers.

Dang blast it I always miss all the good stuff. I was out working for some dough. Sweet I know you are gone but I guess we are going to have to cut Platzki in as a partner in our songwriting business.  Hello2

For all those members of the itty bitty titty committee, I am willing to make a donation to your cause, and if you need the big lip look I have some extra fat that would plump those babies up guaranteed. :jicat:

Star- I love love love the "power surge" comment, and am going to share with my two big sisters.  Happy001
Too bad there isn't a way to tap into a hot flash, and use it as an alternative energy source. We would be rich I tell ya rich!

Unless they found a way to spam eBay's home page. Smile

From what I understood, store inventory items are not included in the PSU numbers.

I'm not talking about ONE BID instant purchase items, I'm talking about actual items listed as store inventory.  It's exactly the opposite of eBay who doesn't include auction items in their PSU counts.  I remember this topic coming up many times on WP when they first hit the WP charts.

With that said... the numbers still never added up... Sad1

How Ray Romeo Stole Christmas

Every popper
Down in Wagglewho
Liked selling a lot . . .

But Ray Romeo,
Who lived in New York,
Did NOT!

Romeo loathed Ebay, from season to season!
Now, please don't ask why. No one quite knows the reason.
It could be his head wasn't screwed on just right.
It could be, perhaps, that his shoes were too tight.
But I think that the most likely reason of all,
May have been that his brain was two sizes too small.

But whatever the reason,
His brain or his shoes,
He stood there one Eve , hating the Wagglewhos,
Staring down from New York with a Romeo frown,
At the poppers slaving away in their hometown.
For he knew every popper who was thinking that night,
Would close their Ebay stores wisely--and leave out of fright.
"And they're worried about fees" he snarled with a sneer,
"Tomorrow they will come! It's practically here!"

And the gears in his head began frantically spinning,
"I MUST find a way to keep Ebay from winning!"
For tomorrow, he knew all the poppers in the know,
Would spam for him and make wagglewho grow

They'd work! And they'd work!
AND they'd WORK! WORK! WORK! WORK!
And the more that Ray Romeo thought, with a smirk,
The more that he thought, "I must use their hard work!
"I MUST stop Ebay from winning!
. . . But HOW?"

Then he got an idea!
An AWFUL idea!
Ray Romeo
got a HORRIBLE, AWFUL idea!

"I know just what to do!" Romeo said with glee.
"I'll make empty vows in return for their loyalty."
And he chuckled, and clucked, "I've got a great con.
"With these lies I'll be able to take their money and run"

With snickering Karen posting nonsense and spin
The prospects for changes were looking quite dim
"The plans that we've outlined, we won't be revising,"
Said Romeo, "We simply ABHOR compromising!"

When the poppers were worried and crying no sales,
Ray promised them changes that soon would be theirs,
The way poppers can solve this is really a hoot,
Leave wagglewho now and give Ray the boot
