Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Actually...my point in my email was....dont knock what I sell as....the stuff she is selling (the one that replied to my first post which was delated post haste before anyone could see it..which was NOT against any board rules...and mentioned was some truths and my opinion)...I also have the same brands she sells....and can get readily...and are also IMPORTED. I have dealt with thousands of brown boxes now and even though they can be BRAND names...and most are...they are indeed made in China...I have presently and (almost now all gone) wedgwood plates..cups and sugar bowls..my point is...she doesnt know what she is talking about...and throwing her 6thousand feedbacks in my face...doesnt scare me...I have double that in one name and more than that in another...
About WP...it seems 2 of my posts were delated. This person I refer to above...replied to my post ..rudely..and suffers no consequences. I have been asking Q's at WP for a couple of months now. I have emails from the he/she with ATTEN LEGAL DEPT...when i missed an invoice???...I have studied the feedbacks there and pointed out there is a definate issue with sellers buying items from one another  to raise the feedback..perfectly legal ...but.... is the items sent or not?..or a deal to get feedback raised for both...while paying the FVF  for the items to WP...WP dont care ....theyre collecting...why should they...I have names of the ones doing it too...I informed WP and he/she fervently denies anything like that going on...
For Classic Kitchens...if your lurking...I have never been here before at TT..I am new here...in fact first post...not new to venues or WP...and I will watch you GO DOWN...for your a fart in a trance.
WP...he/she...if your lurking. I have saved all emails...it is called "UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES"...and YES...covered by State jurisdiction....so pack your bags and Merry Xmas...I guess I may see you soon.
If your in business, be prepared to deal in business.....at cost...for even if I lose......I will win.
I paid .for your services..and you collected.
You want ME to pay all fees first BEFORE I am able to close my account...the fees are not even due till next week.
Not happening..that is NOT legal. It is called unfair business practises, for which you are accountable...and I am the one to see that you will be.

Well blow me down with a feather tickle!!

Thanks Truth, I missed stumbling onto that negative. Now if the seller, who posted a follow-up comment of illness/death as a defense, would appeal to Karay Customer Service, it would most likely be removed for the overall health of WP.  Pottytrain5  GAG A MAGGOT!!! I think I'm ready to hurl! Puke

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
I forgot to say HI....so sorry Smile

I posted my opinion on the WP boards I did not know there were others out there ....until a postee here ...told me...
nevertheless..I posted it anyway...neither post violated anything...but ...it would seem the truth is hard for the delator to accept...and it was the truth. It seems the truth and honesty integrity open mindedness or negativity is plain not allowed...and whoever is responsible for the hoo-rahs and the American Way ..and the fine statements on that site...ought to be ashamed....no more than capitalizim.
ever wondered why WP showed up right after the ebay hikes?...it is called taking advantage of the situation....but somehow they couldnt pull it off then...nothing has changed...as usual small good business sellers get screwed again.....by one of their own this time.
Those other sellers will catch on...eventually...it is inevitable.
I have quite a few emails from today from WP...and many emails from a month ago...some are very RUDE...where he/she talks to me like I am an idiot and I just received another telling me it is ok to start my process to leave!!!...which really means pay the fees that are not due until the 10th Dec...then he/she will cancel my account.
Excuse me...doesnt work that way. I dont pay for something ahead of time I have not received...and I should have the choice to be able to cancel that account whenever I want...not be held hostage to it...
I can send the emails to and email address or...i can post them here...may take up some room...let me know dont want to hog the board...so to speak...

Hi NEH!  Welcome to TT!!  Interesting experiences you've had with WP... I'm curious to see the emails as well.

I'm confused on one thing tho... what is a delator?

Hi xxxxx,

I think you should also read this clarification post regarding our community:

http://www.wagglepop.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=4368

If you are uncomfortable with our policies, we respect that and would recommend that you settle your balance and request closure of your account at this time.

Any additional violations of policy will be grounds for termination.

Wagglepop is about help and constructive dialogue for the support and good of all membership; it's somewhat that "polar opposite" of eBay Smile

In response to both your emails...
I do not believe you pulled my second post....it seems for no apparant reason..
In that case...I would assume that the response I got from Classic Kitchens see below from my first post...has had the same consequences....and I assume their account has been asked to leave if they are uncomfortable also...no exeptions!!!!!.... as you say...same rules for all ...trusted marketplace....correct....I intend to find out...
and lets get one thing clear....you keep mentioning ebay in your emails...why...I have not brought ebay into any email conversation or posts...you seem to bring ebay into this...and it is not about ebay......and my posting did not violate anything...as you well know...:

Wow, some people just don't get it. The advertising thing has been explained over and over again.
All caps in your title, too. Nice touch. I love being yelled at.
The online market is flooded with imported, mass-produced merchandise. They seem to cater to that over thEre, give that a try.
I have over 40 sales in the last 30 days, and only one to a fellow seller, hmmm.

I think somebody needs a hug....

If you feel you can continue on Wagglepop with a full and clear understanding our our requirements for membership, we are pleased and honored to have you.

If you feel that our terms and conditions are not tolerable, we would understand and ask that you start the account closure process.

Thanks!

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
NEH, I asked serious business questions and stated facts that were available for all to see at Pop Land (including the sales report).  I received 2 emails threatening termination. I was talked down to, KaRay tried to make it like I was the bad one. I guess I was in their eyes since I asked questions they don't want to answer. I am not a seller there, just a buyer that was thinking about becoming a seller eventually. I did a lot of research and decided I wanted no part of it. I have no desire to give one red cent to Pop Land. Not after seeing and reading all I have seen and read.

I am hoping that more will see Pop Land for what it really is....a cesspool that is turning good people into followers that don't realize what they are following. We are trying to open popper's eyes and help them to see the truth.
