Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
dang my post just dissapeared....

My last communication with the he/she
Smileyyellowbang The feedback thing on WP is very simple...there is a group..they contact each other and buy 10-20 items usually low priced..the seller then bids on the others 10-20 items...they exchange those sales in feedback...they both get FVF added for those sales (but not much as the sales are low anyway) and it ost equals out to each of them so...no money is exchanged...no items sent...per agreement...the sales are really for feedback...

BootyshakeMy last communication with the he/she is below ..I truly hope he does use me as an example and send this amount...(not yet due)...for collection...he will wish he hadn't...for I am totally prepared. Suing this jerk for unfair business practices and retreiving monies paid since May is always an option. Occasion14

Collection....hmmmm

First...it must be overdue....my account was not even due
Second...you must offer a time frame to pay...after due date...then a written notice giving another up to 30 days (when overdue)..
It is the Consumer law and not the WP law.

I had no multiple violations of the user agreement unless you count asking how to close my acccount many times as a violation.

I refuse to deal with companies who lie, cheat and have no integrity, so canelling my account is fine with me.

Good Luck ....you sure are going to need it.
and Merry Xmas

Hi Marie,

Your Wagglepop user account has been terminated for multiple violations of the User Agreement.

Your balance of $10.10 will be sent for collection.

The Case Number is: NPS-12030045x1010

Please send any additional necessary correspondence to our main site address, c/o Legal Department.

Registered mail is strongly recommended.

Quote:XXXXXXXXX , I think you should really stick it out. You have a lot of stock in WP and I don't think they are being secretive. It's business. Plain and simple.

DAMN!  Just when I thought I was making progress!  This showed up on the WPMM boards!!

NEH,

WP has no "legal" department. This is absolute wombat poo poo. As you have so eloquently pointed out, WP is not conforming with Federal law regarding due process. When KaRay pulled this "outstanding invoice" BS on me, I threatened to sue and asked on the boards here if there were any attorneys out there that would like to take this on. That put an end to the harassment. Ray has previous stated, and I think we have it documented in WP1 thread, "this is my company and I'll do whatever I damn well please. If you don't like it, you can hit the bricks." This holier-than-thou, boinktard egomaniac considers himself above everybody AND the law. And to think that many of his following in their Kumbayatic stupers see KaRay as "the second coming", e-commerce prophet of enlightenment makes me want to  Puke If it weren't so disgusting, I'd laugh, because the whole WP project is such a joke. Alternative to eBay? It isn't even an alternative to donating your inventory to Goodwill, where you'd at least get a tax deduction.

I'm eagerly counting the days until KaRay's ivory pedestal cracks and crumbles under his/her feet by the incredible stress put upon it from the weight of his/her over-inflated ego stuffed inside his/her big, fat head. Excuse my insults -- this is normally not like me -- but each time a popper comes over to TT and passes on the same story, I get enraged all over again.
Angryfire And for all you Popper lurkers out there who think you're immune, just wait. Should your goosestep fall ever so slightly out of pace, you, too, will be red flagged and added to the growing list of candidates awaiting automatic termination. All it takes is one minor slip from grace, one innocent question, one confusing observation, and "poof" -- the master's quillotine comes down on you. And this is a BUSINESS?

Uh oh, it looks like they are accelerating the collection process.  The email was copied to accounts payable, legal and legal 2 more times.  I am assuming this means Karen copied the e-mails to the ap and ld folders of her email client.

Smileywelcome NEH

As I sit here trying to catch up, I get more and more disgusted by the lies.  I get a drink of water to clear the verp (vomit/burp) from my throat and it's back again.

Karay posts on the "public" areas with an "oh, thank you, I am wonderful and I see that you have noticed" attitude, then turns around and sends nasty e-mails.  It just digusts me.

Now, the MM wants to be the warm, loving, prayerful place to talk.  There is NOWHERE to discuss real business (except here)  Icon_sunny

All of the lurking poppers:  Don't hug me, don't pray for me, don't tell me how wonderful your sales have been.

Puke

Quote:Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to pass along another warning about a "so called" buyer trying to infiltrate our Wagglepop site and the tremendous praise I give the Wagglepop staff for stopping this buyer!
I had a purchase in one of my stores from a person(s) from the United Kingdom (Item Won notice from wagglepop) when I went to my item sold page, It didn't show any info (invoice, Buyer ID etc) so I immediatly sent a PM to Karen. I couldn't give her much information except the country of origin and the item#. karen and the Wagglepop staff went through the records and sent me this PM.

~edit re: email or PM contents public posting policy~

Another job well done!! Thank you Karen & the Whole Wagglepop staff.

  edited to remove poster's name

R - I am so glad you are pleased that Karay edited your post.  I am also glad that you rushed to mommy immediately and informed here of a possible buyer trying to infiltrate the site.  Great job!  Thumbsup

I edited your name to protect you from ridicule.  Even though it starts with an R, it isn't Ray (maybe just one of his big egos).
