Can someone here explain something for me?

Check S**ver Ch**ms FB, for example. It will show FB from a buyer with the ID of M*A Wh*les*le, with an item number in black (305673) (there are other "buyer" FBs similarly). In doing an advance search on the item number, you'll find that rather than M*A being the buyer of an item from S**ver, that, in fact, the item is showing as being LISTED by M*A, which happens to be a Surprise Sweet Treat bag.

I have noticed many sellers with black item numbers in the feedback from buyers, and never bothered to do a search on these listings, but it appears that they are all listings that never were the seller's listings, but rather the buyer's listings, although the FEEDBACK for the transaction indicates it came from a buyer. WHAT'S THAT ABOUT?

How many do you suppose there are of these, and what kind of sale is this, if in fact it is a sale? Another piece of yummy fudge, perhaps?

Had Regic not brought the eCommerceArena thread to my attention, I never would have checked this out, but I had to read a couple posts from WeirdBrian and wonder how this S*lv*r Ch*r*ms could be making sales.
[/quote]

I did a search on one of the black item numbers from another seller and this is what was returned
This Item # xxxxxxhas been removed by Wagglepop or is no longer available. This is very weird. What does it mean the item was removed? According to the FB it was sold, so why would you not be able to view the item? This seller is a cheerleader too, so very unlikely ray would remove her items. Other random searches on the black feedback when searched show that item number as still available for sale with the purchase button still there, and not labeled as closed. Very strange.  :blinkie:

Quote:My goal is to break even. I want to keep my disabled mother busy and happy. She's a worker, thats all there is to it and gets depressed knowing she can't work again. This gives her some purpose.

For chrissakes, get your mom a hobby--like doing some kind of repetitive craft making, if she likes to work and is disabled.

Or have her help you sell on eBay.

Sad.
