Way back in this thread, posts 96,97

So depending on your morals I guess (if that's the right phrase), a person could end up giving it a try for free. It was listed on the WP site too but now I can't find it. It seems to have disappeared :

RE: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
There are about 5 sellers on these 2 threads who were suspended for non-payment and all of them had paid their invoices with PayPal. It looks like WP's billing system is boinked up
Why was I locked out for not paying my fees even tho...I paid through Pay Pal and have proof? http://www.wagglepop.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=291 Account suspended????? http://www.wagglepop.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=290

RE: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
I paid my 8 cents for the one test listing I ran!! ;D I also received the e-mail stating that I have been suspended for non-payment. :'(
I sent WagglePop the PayPal ID transaction number AND mentioned they may want to check into using a better accounting/billing system. I held back from mentioning the use of spellcheck. It is official: Wagglepop looks like eBay and is run like eBay. |

PS haven't had much time lately to MESS w all this eBay carp.
The ole website has been busy. But in ALL fairness to MEG and all my online sellers... I must admit. Orders seem to be winding down as summer gets in gear. But THAT'S OK. Then us 24/7 onliners can hopefully take a BREAK? (Before the NEXT season kicks in)... OFF FEEBAY LOL. I need one.. and so do all of us. I think...

Found it. The $110 is listed in their user agreement.
Quote:7. Fees and Charges They have an announcement on their board nowabout the suspensions: "327 members were accidentally suspended for non-payment". Wagglepoop is calling it a "Growing Pain" On another note, I see that WP added member board signatures and did an almost word-for-word copy of eBay's board signature guidelines (220x50, no offsite links, bla, bla, bla) :
"Well, Jay was so giddy that someone named Jay was involved with this site we posted our first non-eBay listing in 3 years here at Lunarbid (we tried two items at Yahoo once upon a time, they bombed)" -Marie posting in a LunarBid thread at OTWA in 2005 wins the award for 'most moronic reason ever given for choosing a venue"

Quote:Under normal circumstances, we will extend a floating credit to you up to $110.00, at which time we will send you an invoice via email requesting payment. So what is considered "normal circumstances"? Quote:Wagglepoop is calling it a "Growing Pain" So when is he going to finally grow up and act more professional? What a maroon. |
