OH, HOW COULD I FORGET -- One of the most BLATANT "bad faith" maneuvers on the part of KaRay -- SPYING and intercepting personal messages. Deleting those deemed "unacceptable" and contacting member's clients WITHOUT the member's permission of knowledge. There is absolutely NOTHING in any of the policies and "contract" that allows for this (monitoring is NOT deleting, intercepting), and even if there were, I would doubt it would be found Constitutional by a company who has "members" not employees.

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
eBay scared of wagglepop...eBay is scared of nadda...that is another forum and topic... but scared of WP ..I think NOT. Funny but KayRay quotes a LOT about ebay always comparing...always dissin them. Every email I have compares to ebay or other venue!...WP is scared of ebay....as well (he)/they/she should be. One thing they do have are real Armani clad real cut throat lawyers. 8)
If anyone is scared of WP...it has to be little old me...I am so so scared ...I did them so much wrong..What did I do?...I paid them month after month for nothing more than what ended in abuse.... that was so so bad of me to have done what I did.....I deserve to be punished....and rather than deal with the issue they just shut me down...... Yeah... I am so scared alright. Now I shall return under my rock and cry myself a river for being such a bad bad seller and person. :'( NOT! NOT! NOT!... KayRay...BITE ME! AND WAGGLE THIS A bad faith is more towards breaking of a contract..Bad Faith is usually used in "defence" of a lawsuit brought against them...ie: buying a car entering into the contract..changing mind after the initial 3days...being sued by the company....the plaintiff can defend themselves by trying to prove the contract was in "Bad Faith" to begin with. Intentional dishonest act by not fulfilling legal or contractual obligations, misleading another, entering into an agreement without the intention or means to fulfill it, or violating basic standards of honesty in dealing with others. Most states recognize what is called "implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing" which is breached by acts of bad faith, for which a lawsuit may be brought (filed) for the breach (just as one might sue for breach of contract). The question of bad faith may be raised as a defense to a suit on a contract. 2) When there is bad faith then a transaction is called a "bad faith" contract or "bad faith" offer.. In other words the only thing .....Kayvagina...can do or means is he/she wants to sue everyone for signing onto WP .........then leaving.. Now thats hilarious! |

"Ok seriously now - no ridiculing involved. You say Victory will come. EXACTLY what do you mean by that? What is your victory? Are we talking sales/money? If so, come on and tell me what you made this month on your victorious site." That Popper has made near $600. in recent sales (only counting WP sales, not other income sources). Two house payments could not have been made without those WP sales. Some might call that a victory especially considering that her store isn't even nearly finished yet due to major health problems and other life challenges.
And your basing this knowledge on?? I see 2 sales to one person in the past month for a grand total of $32.98. Now, let's even take into consideration that some people don't leave feedback. I find the $600 profit impossible to believe. I think part of the problem is that people from WP that come here miss the point. I can really only speak personally, but I know others feel as I do. I don't say what I do out of spite, malice, revenge or any other petty reason. I don't wish that seller or any other seller on WP any ill will AT ALL. I have no reason to. I have said before and will say again ~ there are some WONDERFUL people there. That's why I'm here. I was a 'cheerleader' too. Then I really started to take a look at what was going on. Hey, if you can retire by selling on WP, more power to you. But I honestly feel there are people there being taken advantage of each and every day. Here's some truth for you - I have my OWN challenges. Single mom, 3 kids and other issues I deal with. This is how I pay my bills. I don't get child support, alimony, welfare, nothing. This is it. I DO NOT want to see anyone ~ regardless of situation ~ being taken advantage of. That is exactly what I see happening. That is my ONLY reason for continuing to question what I see going on. What's your reason for posting?

""...those who are HERE..." That statement is scary. Are you somehow suggesting that those who are not THERE are inferior? Not good businesspeople? Not intelligent enough to see 'the vision'?" Well, you tell me. If a person who is too ill to even get dressed can sell successfully on Wagglepop, then what is missing with some of the folks here?
Lol, nothing. I made a LOT more than $600.00 in recent sales.

"Sweetheart, I guarantee hands-down if you stay THERE you will lose money each and every month until you get a clue. People that walk around with their heads in a cloud imagining that someday, if they just wish hard enough it will come, are NOT businesspeople. I WORK 14-16 hours per day." I'm all ears if you want to explain how $600. in sales from a store that costs $9.95 is losing money. (BTW I work about 1/2 hour a day. I spend the rest of my time caring for myself and my son.)
You're right Popper. Everybody over there is just making money hand-over-fist, which is why 32% of the sellers over there have closed their stores and gone elsewhere. |
