Sorry, but the "no sales" possibility was eliminated by the first sale that came within a few minutes of the upgrade -- 326276 for $29.99 The horn being tooted was someone else's, and the thread is for everyone's benefit.
That still doesn't cover the cost of the upgrade unless the item you are selling was obtained at no cost.

Just curious Powerseller, is your eBay store a Featured Store?
Never argue with an idiot they drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

2. Over 95% of my gross sales total is NOT accounted for in my feedback which is why I even went to far as to post a long list of a few hundred dollars of my recent sales which is indisputable black and white evidence.
Sorry, but without the ability to search closed auctions/sales on WP it is disputable and can not be construed as black and white evidence. Edited to add: I'm not calling you a liar or asking you to give me absolute proof. Just stating a simple fact...with the closed auctions kept hidden, any one can claim anything.

Anyway, I have 2 honest questions for you guys. 1. How much would a seller have to sell on Wagglepop for you to admit that it IS a great selling opportunity for many people? 2. What will you guys do for fun if Ray sells the company? You gotta know that he may not be the owner forever.
1. At least a site wide 10% monthly sell through (currently ~1%). At least 5% for individual sellers assuming they have at least 100 items. 2. What will we do for fun? Maybe swap cookie recipes in the WP advanced store forum Seriously, I don't see Ray selling Wagglepop unless things change greatly. At this point no one would buy it for much money.

No amount of sales would ever convince me Wagglepop was a great selling opportunity. Ray is too unstable, untrustworthy and controlling for me to ever recommend anyone put any of their eggs in his basket. 2. Ray will always own Wagglepop. Who else would want it? Auction sites are a dime a dozen and let's face it...the unsavory past and the name alone makes it VERY unmarketable.

Quote:Anyway, I have 2 honest questions for you guys. How much would a seller have to sell on Wagglepop for you to admit that it IS a great selling opportunity for many people? For me it wouldn't matter. My business is my business and I in no way will ever indorse a site that is based on cult values, profits from censorship and terminates sellers for asking legitimate business questions. What will you guys do for fun if Ray sells the company? The company will never be sold. Only an idiot would buy it. You say you have hundreds of dollars of sales that are not reflective of your feedback PS. For the hundreds of dollars of your so called profit you could have started the same exact site as WP. Why would somebody buy a site that they could start themselves for cheap. I wouldn't think the name would be worth anything. The name has been associated with failure since WP1. let the truth be told u1it4less - "it's all in the name.." X-POP NATION, A real seller's network |
