Ok...I have a few questions for the poppers or Ray or anyone else who may care to answer.

IF Ray really believes in Wagglepop becoming a viable venue, IF he really regrets what happened the first time around and IF his heart is truly in the right place...where is he?

Why hasn't HE made an appearance on the Wagglepop boards?

Even the eBay higher ups stop in for a 'chat' session or a pep talk every now and then, so why hasn't Ray?

Why has he remained invisible?
Why does he leave it up to the poppers to "defend his honor"?
Very good question, matter-of-fact that was one of the questions that I asked on WP while I was there.  Why isn't there any information about the owner?  Why doesn't he/she make an appearance on the boards or sign the newsletters?  Where is a company page with information about the owner?

I was stomped on and told by the other poppers that it was none of my business.  :'( :'(
Traditionally, in any REAL business setting the CEO is the main spokesperson.

Why is Ray still hiding behind Karen's skirt?
His refusal to behave in a business like manner and undertake the responsiblities of a legitimate business owner would make me question Wagglepop's trustworthiness.

Edited to add:

Yes it was your business Sweet, just as it is the business of anyone who sells or buys there to know who is running the site!
Never argue with an idiot they drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

Ray is hiding because he is afraid of having his income cut off when potential customers find out who is really behind the "business" and actively search on his name.  That is the only reason that I can think of that actually makes sense.

I agree... if you're paying for a service, you have every right to ask questions about it.  OK... so I don't go around asking "Who owns VISA?" or "Who owns Mack Truck?" but I bet if I did ask them, I'd get an answer!!  Why is Ray, who owns a dinky little auction site, so damn secretive?

Has anyone asked the obvious question...

Maybe he sold the name and Ray doesn't really own WP?

Hmmmm??  Now there's a point to ponder. Laughing7

Ray was a "board addict" which makes it VERY hard for me to believe he's not posting somewhere in some form or fashion.  He was also too much of a control freak to ever let anyone else run WP for him, which further convinces me that he and Karen are one and the same (as mentioned here before).

Now I have to ask the poppers...do you REALLY want to put your livelihood and business reputation in the hands of someone who is so unprofessional he is either hiding behind a fake persona or just hiding period?

Aren't each and every one of you proud of your business?  Don't you leap at the opportunity to talk about it and advertise it?  I know I do.  Why doesn't Ray?
