I am back, after being away for awhile, got caught back up on the reading. I read several pages back about listings still showing up after sellers closed their stores and items still showing up in searches. Before I close my store if I go in and end them all they will not show up, am I correct?
[/quote]

That is what we have come to believe. Welcome back!!!

Thank you very much for answering my question, going to start removing my items. SOOOOOO aggravated for all the time spent there, kept trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but oh well  Angryfire

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Quote:Sellers are not allowed to enter any kind of contact info in their listings or pages, including message system contacts ( ICQ, MSN Messenger, Jabber, etc ...), phone numbers or any other type of information that a person can use to contact a seller, with one exception: A single email link is allowable, though not recommended. If a potential bidder or buyer has a question for a seller they can click the link that reads "Ask seller a question via email" or use the private messaging system.

Policy: The violations noted above concerning contact information are not permitted and will be ended without notice or refund.

This is very odd, just look at ebay. You can request a seller's contact information, and often that is even recommended by ebay to resolve disputes etc...

There are so many red flags on this site. The secrecy behind ownership, Ray posing as a woman CC rep, even the site has a private WhoIs registration. You have to register to even view the boards. You cannot contact a seller except through the PM system.
Censorship of the boards
No physical address for the site, only a PO Box
For all anybody knows Ray could have a bank account overseas. How is he using the personal information of the members?
Is he selling it? Who knows.

With all of the secrecy it absolutely amazes me that Ray demands "trust and loyalty" from the WP community
Trust and Loyalty have to be earned not expected from others blindly.

It doesn't amaze me, because Ray is a  Boinktard What amazes me is that Poppers blindly follow him. But then WP IS A CULT, NOT A BUSINESS.

WAKE UP POPPERS! Has Ray EARNED YOUR TRUST? Would you, without question, give your money to any stranger who knocks on your door or solicits you over the phone? THEN WHY WOULD YOU DO IT ON THE INTERNET?

My amazement is that Ray has now conned people not once but twice. I don't get it, OK you sign up figure it out, and leave. Lessons learned. Why he is still open for business blows my mind.
