WP Store count = 601

Ray lost a seller that was in the top 25 based on items listed!

Taken from the WP sales report:

Quote:Note: Sales Reports reporting period changed to monthly by calendar month beginning January 1st, 2007.

Next Sales Report: 02/01/07 (for January 2007 reporting period)

I wonder if Ka/Ray will change it to yearly soon?

WP's sales must have been in sync with WP's site traffic last week.  Smile

I have been watching the stores close on WP for awhile now. But the lisitng numbers never really seem to fall drastically down when one closes.

I did an item count on the stores before and just did one again. There is a difference right now of 4719 items more than what is really in the stores. They seem to be keeping it above 4700 then what is actually listed.

Wave Wave  Ladyrock good to see you again!!!

We have noticed the difference in the item count and also have noted that items from sellers that have left are still in WP inventory.  It has been noted that unless you physically delete your items when you leave they hang around.  You can find them if you know the item numbers.
Good bye all
Enjoy your freedom
Use it well

Imagine the horror if one of the poppers suddenly signed in and saw the numbers drop below 150,000.

Just want to let everyone know that the link to the original wagglepop FAS forum is up and running in X-POP NATION. It can be viewed in X-POP NATION under pages. There is also a text copy of the R.I.P. thread saved there in a seperate page.

This post from Ray on FAS caught my eye

Quote:I've always believed that regardless of what your endeavor, big or small, high stakes or no stakes, big investment or small......you've got to be able to 'roll with the punches' and be able to laugh at yourself.

Isn't there a song or saying that goes:

"Life's what happens to you while your busy making other plans."

For me, nothing could be truer.

Once I learned to go where the wind took me, and do my best once I got there, to have fun along the way, and savor the journey as much as the destination....well, that's when I really started enjoying what I was doing.

I say no need for any of us to be too serious.

Motivated? Yes.
Dedicated? Absolutely.

But Worried? Nah.

To me, you only need to worry about things if you are unprepared, or not committed.

Selling - Serious or Fun?

100% Fun.

Quote:Sports Memorabilia

By it's very nature, as a widely available collectible, much sports memorabilia (particularly sports cards) can be 'broken up' and listed individually, oftentimes with little "sale-ability" or market.

That can clog up the search results pages fast (re: Bidville.)
Happy001 Happy001

It appears Ray has lost his sense of humor, and has never been able to roll with the punches. Why else would he so highly value censorship?

So let me get the straight. What about 12/18/06 - 12/24/06 and 12/25/06-12/31/06?

Will those 2 weeks be lumped in with the next report due out 2/1/07?

Since you lurk here Ray could you please clear this issue up for us?
