Ebay does indeed censor and regulate their boards (Actually the moderators are a contracted company called liveworld). I don't agree that Ebay censors anywhere close to what is being seen on WP. For one thing many of the folks whose posts get deleted are not violating the TOS or forum rules. This is a pattern that Ray has done going all the way back to the FAS boards.
Yes it is his playground, but who says you have to stay and play?

I don't even have TV channels! They told me to watch Monty Python, funny stuff! Still learning though. Even have printed out 23 pages of Brit Humor off the net that they led me too. *lol* It helps a lot.
I have (had) a friend over on WP, when she told me her sales were slow there, I told her how I felt about WP. She never emails me anymore because of what I said, unless I email her first. And even then it's just one sentence saying how busy she is. :'( I feel bad for saying what I did, especially since she has awesome feedback over there. I didn't want to lose a friend over something as pathetic as WP. But I did.

I also mean to say that yes, the censorship on WP borders on Neo Conservatism.  Will it buy him any friends?  Certainly not, but it's his to wear and his alone.

It may not buy him friends, but I guarantee it will cost him business, and it already has. Courteous is one thing, being silenced is quite another. "Alone" is exactly where he will find himself too, except he will always have Karen to talk to.  :blinkie:

ORUS the truth can be hard to hear. You gave your opinion, and a real friend would agree to disagree, not cut you off at the knees. You are a sweet lady, so don't despair, someday this friend will understand.
